apartment search by filing out the request form. It will cover
topics such as geographic location, size, price range, amenity
preferences, and any special needs you may have.
Review your
personalized apartment list which includes each community's price
ranges, photos, floorplans, deposits, and specials. If you like,
your locating professional can assist you in your selection process and
together, help you find the community that’s right for you. This
is one of All Star’s most valuable services. It is our intimate
knowledge of the apartments as well as their unique features and
characteristics which give you an incredible search advantage.
Your All Star professional will help you locate the properties which
best suit your personal needs. Additionally, when you are ready to
begin visiting the communities, we will be there to assist in every way.
We will contact each community to verify current availability and update
you with the most current leasing specials for your time frame.

At this point you
have reviewed your list, have been in contact with your All Star
locating professional, and together, have determined which communities
you are ready to begin personally touring. Your All Star locating
professional will make you aware of leasing office hours. You may
visit according to your own schedule as no appointments are necessary
however, we suggest making your locating professional aware of when you
plan to tour so they can arrange a point of contact at each place so you
know which leasing professional will be there to personally greet you. (VERY
IMPORTANT: Be sure to print a copy of your list to take with you
to reference as you tour the properties).
Best of all, if you are unfamiliar with the area, we will take you!
Just contact your locating professional to set up a time.
Once you have decided on your new apartment home, you will be required
to submit a rental application and pay a security deposit to the
apartment community. A rental application can be furnished to you
by your locating professional so you can become familiar with the
information that you will be required to supply. The application
process is a review of your personal credit, rental/or ownership
references, annual income, and employment history to determine if you
meet the property's qualifications. Please visit our

you think you may have difficulties during the application process.
The standard application fee is non-refundable and ranges from $20 to
$50 per individual or married couple. Every apartment community
requires that
"ALL STAR"
be listed as your referral source on your
Rental Application
and Guest Card
in order for All Star to be compensated for our
Free Services to you.
All Star professionals work as a team with the leasing staff at each
community; so, if where to list us as your referral source is not
apparent, please feel free to ask the leasing agent to point it out.
They are always happy to assist.

Once your
decision is made and you've turned in your rental application along with
the security deposit to the community, it is very important that you
notify your All Star locating professional to make them aware of your
choice. If you like, we will stay in contact with the community to
ease you through the application and move-in process. Also, at
anytime before or during the process, feel free to contact your locating
professional via telephone, e-mail, or whichever is most convenient for
you. When you contact us, please notify us of your new address.
