Additionally, advertising can be misleading. The information you see
online or in a book can give you a false impression of a community. All
Star's locating professionals have personally viewed most every property
they will discuss with you and have an intimate knowledge of each of
them. This gives you a competitive search advantage as well as a unique
perspective that advertising doesn't offer.

community where you lease pays us from their advertising budget. To
assure we are compensated for our free services to you, it is crucial
that you list All Star as your referral source on your guest cards and
rental application
where you lease. This lets them know you were referred by us. We work as
a team with the leasing professionals at each community, so if where to
list us is not apparent, feel free to ask the leasing agent to point out
where. They are always happy to assist.
While completing the
Request form, we will be asking for a variety of detailed information.
This is designed to learn about your personal needs and objectives so
that we have a complete picture of your requirements. Your relocation
expert will then begin working to develop your personalized selection of
communities while at the same time eliminate communities that don't meet
your needs.
You will receive your information via fax or
e-mail according to your preference. Your selection will include photos
and floor plans of the communities as well as the most detailed
information about the property and its’ amenities. When you’re ready to
visit the communities, we will contact them to verify that they have
something available for your move-in date, update you with current lease
specials, and arrange a point of contact at each place so you know which
leasing agent will be there to personally greet you!
Once your
selection is made, we ask that you contact us to let us know that you
have leased an apartment or if you need additional information. If you
feel that you need to do more apartment searching, we will be happy to
provide you with additional properties from which to choose. The choice
