Most apartment communities accept pets. However, reasonable limitations with respect to number, weight, and breed are a general rule. But from time to time, exceptions are made. Your All Star locating professional is personally familiar with the apartment communities that can accommodate both you and your pets.

Apartments have minimum credit requirements for its residents/perspective residents.  These requirements usually vary with each community and property management company. As a rule, apartments collectively consider a renter's personal credit, prior rental or ownership history, annual income, and employment history when determining if the perspective resident meets the community’s minimum qualifications. It is imperative you make your locating professional aware of any issues you may have so they may work to help you overcome challenges in the application process by contacting communities on your behalf before you begin your search.

Apartment communities typically offer lease terms of six months to one year. Because of this, it becomes increasingly difficult for a renter to find a lease term of less than six months. Your All Star leasing professional is experienced and knowledgeable about short-term leases and will educate as well as inform you about available options.

As difficult as it may seem to find, there are some communities that will accept a three month lease.  However, it’s not uncommon for the community to add an up charge to the monthly rent to offset or recover the expenses associated with short-term leases. Rest assured that your All Star locating professional will find the right short-term lease for your specific needs and explain any and all additional charges that will be associated with this type of lease.

Though rare, month-to-month leases exist and can come either unfurnished or furnished.  A furnished month-to-month lease is sometimes considered a corporate apartment. See Below.

The furnished month-to-month lease may frequently be referred to as a corporate apartment. A corporate apartment is an all-inclusive apartment which includes furniture, telephone service, utilities, and house wares such as dishes, linens, minimal decor, and if necessary, weekly or bi-weekly maid service. This makes corporate apartments significantly more expensive than customary six month leases, and frequently serves as interim housing for corporate executives, homebuyers, displaced homeowners or renters. All Star, its corporate company affiliates and apartment communities are here to offer you the best corporate apartments available.
